Licence agreement

The end-user licence for Solvix Mini CRM: what you may do with the software, and what you may not.

1. Grant of licence

Subject to payment and to your compliance with this agreement, Saksham Tech Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Solvix Mini CRM for the internal business purposes of one business entity, with unlimited users belonging to that entity.

2. Ownership

Solvix Mini CRM is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property in the software, its source code, design and documentation remains with Saksham Tech Solutions. All data you enter remains yours.

3. What you may do

• Install and run the software for your own business, on your own server or on hosting we provide.
• Add as many users from your business as you need, with the roles the software supports.
• Keep backups of the software and of your data.
• Configure, brand and adapt settings that the application exposes for that purpose.

4. What you may not do

• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease or distribute the software, or make it available to any third party as a service.
• Use one licence for multiple separate businesses or legal entities.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except to the extent Indian law expressly allows.
• Remove, alter or obscure copyright, licence or attribution notices in the code or interface.
• Publish benchmarks, source code or derivative works of the software without our written consent.

5. Transfers

A lifetime licence may be transferred once to a successor entity — for example if your business is restructured or sold — by writing to us with the details.

6. Updates

Updates, patches and new features released while your licence is active are included and are covered by this agreement. We may discontinue a feature where it is replaced by an equivalent or better one.

7. Term and termination

A lifetime licence continues until terminated. The licence terminates automatically if you materially breach this agreement and do not remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice. On termination you must stop using the software and delete all copies; your right to export your own data for 30 days is unaffected.

8. Warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded, and our total liability under this agreement is limited to the licence fee you paid. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
