Privacy policy

How Saksham Tech Solutions collects, uses, stores and protects information when you visit solvixcrm.com or use Solvix Mini CRM.

1. Who we are

Solvix Mini CRM ("Solvix", "we", "us") is a customer relationship management product published by Saksham Tech Solutions, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. For any privacy matter you can reach us at saksham@solvixcrm.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account details — name, business name, email address, phone number and password (stored only as a salted hash).
• Billing details — billing name, address, GSTIN where supplied, and the invoice record of your purchase. Card and UPI details are handled entirely by our payment gateway and never reach our servers.
• Support correspondence — the content of emails and WhatsApp messages you send us.

Information created when you use Solvix

• Your CRM data — leads, customers, notes, activities, follow-ups, files and reports that you or your team enter. This content belongs to you; we process it only to operate the software for you.
• Technical logs — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and timestamps, used for security, abuse prevention and diagnostics.

Information from third parties

Our website uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and may use Google Analytics to understand which pages and advertisements bring visitors to us. These tools set their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your CRM data with anyone except the service providers required to deliver Solvix to you:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers that store the application and its database.
• Payment gateways that process your purchase and hold the payment instrument details.
• Email and messaging providers used to send transactional and support messages.
• Analytics and advertising platforms, limited to website usage data as described above.
• Government or judicial authorities, where disclosure is required by Indian law.

If you deploy Solvix on your own server under a self-hosted licence, your CRM data stays entirely on your infrastructure and never reaches us.

5. How long we keep it

Account and CRM data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you close your account we delete or irreversibly anonymise it within 90 days, except where invoices and tax records must be retained for eight financial years under Indian accounting and GST rules.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections (TLS) for all traffic, hashed password storage, role-based access controls inside the application, and restricted administrative access on the hosting side. Backups are taken regularly. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay.

7. Your rights

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your account and data, subject to the retention rules above.
• Withdraw consent to marketing at any time, using the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.
• Export your CRM data — the application includes CSV export for leads, customers and reports.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, and optional analytics and advertising cookies as described in section 2. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the sign-in cookie is required for the application to function.

9. Children

Solvix is a business product and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
