The agreement between you and Saksham Tech Solutions when you buy or use Solvix Mini CRM.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your purchase and use of Solvix Mini CRM, published by Saksham Tech Solutions, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. By creating an account, buying a licence or using the software you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. What you are buying

Solvix is sold as a single licence to use the software:

The licence includes every feature of the product, unlimited leads, customers and activities, unlimited users within one business, and email support. Nothing is charged automatically; there are no seat fees and no automatic renewals.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register and for keeping your password confidential.
• You are responsible for everything done by users you add to your account.
• Tell us promptly at saksham@solvixcrm.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

• Resell, sublicense, rent or distribute Solvix, or operate it as a service for third parties, without a written reseller agreement from us.
• Copy, decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code, except where Indian law expressly permits it.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, licence or attribution notice.
• Use Solvix to store unlawful content, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or in breach of any data-protection or anti-spam law that applies to you.
• Probe, scan or attempt to interfere with the security or availability of our systems.

5. Your data

You own everything you enter into Solvix. We claim no rights over it and process it only to provide the software, as set out in our privacy policy. You are the data controller for the personal data of your own leads and customers, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold it.

6. Payment, invoicing and taxes

Prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. A GST-compliant invoice is issued for every purchase. Payments are processed by third-party gateways; we do not store card details.

7. Support and updates

Email support is included with an active licence. We aim to reply within one working day. Product updates and fixes released during your licence term are included at no extra cost. Migration, custom development, data-entry and on-site training are not included and are quoted separately.

8. Availability

We work to keep the hosted service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Self-hosted deployments are operated and maintained by you.

9. Refunds

Purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee on the terms set out in our refund policy.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are materially breached, if the software is used unlawfully, or if payment is reversed or disputed without cause. Where we terminate without cause, we refund the licence fee in full within the first 12 months. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

11. Warranties and liability

Solvix is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or anything that cannot be limited under Indian law. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the software is limited to the amount you paid for your licence in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business, goodwill or data.

12. Publicity, testimonials and results

Figures, screenshots and testimonials shown on our website are illustrative examples. They are not a promise of specific results, which depend on your business, market and effort.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified to account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Solvix after that date means you accept the revised terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, save that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
