Licence agreement

The licence under which Solvix CRM and Solvix Mini CRM are supplied.

1. Licence granted

Subject to payment and to your compliance with this agreement, Saksham Tech Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the product you have purchased — Solvix CRM or Solvix Mini CRM — for the internal business purposes of one business entity.

Solvix Mini CRM is licensed for a single user — one business, one sign-in account. Solvix CRM is licensed for unlimited users belonging to that one business entity.

2. What your licence covers

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. The ₹10,000 installation and setup charge on Solvix CRM is one-time: it covers preparing the server, installing and configuring the application, and migrating your existing data. It is charged with the first licence payment and is not charged again on renewal. Solvix Mini CRM has no installation charge — you create the account yourself and it is ready immediately.

A licence to one product does not grant rights to the other. They are separate products, separately licensed and separately priced.

3. What you may do

• Install and run the software for your own business, on our infrastructure or your own.
• On Solvix CRM, add unlimited users belonging to that business, at no additional cost. Solvix Mini CRM is a single-user licence and does not provide additional accounts.
• Take backups, and export your own data at any time.
• Modify configuration and settings exposed by the product.

4. What you may not do

• Use one licence for more than one business entity, or for a client's business.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease or distribute the software, or run it as a service for third parties, without a written reseller agreement from us.
• Copy, decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code, except where Indian law expressly permits it.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, licence or attribution notice.

5. Ownership

Both products are licensed, not sold. All intellectual property in the software, its source code, design and documentation remains with Saksham Tech Solutions. All data you enter remains yours.

6. Installation work (Solvix CRM)

Where you have paid the one-time ₹10,000 installation and setup charge, the configuration we produce for your deployment is yours to keep and to continue using for as long as your licence runs. The underlying software remains licensed under this agreement, and the installation charge does not transfer ownership of it.

7. Term

A lifetime licence runs for the lifetime of the product and does not expire. A yearly licence runs for 12 months from purchase and ends at its term unless renewed. Nothing renews automatically and nothing is charged without you choosing to buy it.

8. Updates

Updates and fixes released during your licence term are included. A lifetime licence includes updates for as long as we publish them for that product.

9. Termination

This licence ends if you materially breach it, or if a refund is issued for the purchase that created it. On termination you must stop using the software and remove installed copies; you may export your data for 30 days first.

10. Warranty and liability

The software is provided on an "as is" basis. Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the licence fee you paid, on the terms set out in our terms and conditions.

11. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
