The agreement between you and Saksham Tech Solutions when you buy or use Solvix CRM or Solvix Mini CRM.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your purchase and use of Solvix CRM and Solvix Mini CRM, both published by Saksham Tech Solutions, 295/243, Baradari, Asharfabad, Victoria Street, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226003, India. By creating an account, buying a licence or using either product you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. The two products

Saksham Tech Solutions publishes two separate products. These terms cover both, and where a clause applies to only one of them it says so.

3. What you are buying

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. The ₹10,000 installation and setup charge on Solvix CRM is one-time: it covers preparing the server, installing and configuring the application, and migrating your existing data. It is charged with the first licence payment and is not charged again on renewal. Solvix Mini CRM has no installation charge — you create the account yourself and it is ready immediately.

A licence to either product includes every feature of that product and unlimited records. Nothing is charged automatically, there are no per-seat fees, and no plan renews by itself — a yearly licence ends at its term unless you choose to renew it.

How many people can sign in differs between the two products. Solvix Mini CRM is a single-user licence: one business, one sign-in account. It does not provide additional user accounts or team access. Solvix CRM supports unlimited users within the one business entity it is licensed to.

4. Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register and for keeping your password confidential.
• You are responsible for everything done by users you add to your account.
• Tell us promptly at saksham@solvixcrm.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Installation and setup (Solvix CRM only)

The one-time ₹10,000 charge covers preparing the environment, installing and configuring Solvix CRM, connecting the integrations you have licensed, and migrating data you supply in a readable format. We begin once you give us access to the target server or accept our hosting, and we aim to have you live within seven working days of receiving what we need from you.

Delays caused by access, credentials or data we are waiting on are outside that estimate. Bespoke development, third-party licences, on-site training and data entry are not included and are quoted separately before any work starts.

6. Acceptable use

You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

• Resell, sublicense, rent or distribute either product, or operate it as a service for third parties, without a written reseller agreement from us.
• Copy, decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code, except where Indian law expressly permits it.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, licence or attribution notice.
• Use either product to store unlawful content, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or in breach of any data-protection or anti-spam law that applies to you.
• Probe, scan or attempt to interfere with the security or availability of our systems.

7. Your data

You own everything you enter into either product. We claim no rights over it and process it only to provide the software, as set out in our privacy policy. You are the data controller for the personal data of your own leads and customers, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold it.

8. Third-party services

Some features depend on services we do not control — payment gateways, email delivery, and messaging platforms including WhatsApp. Where a third party suspends, restricts or withdraws access to its service, or changes its terms, the affected feature may become unavailable through no fault of either of us. We will tell you when we know, and we will not charge you for a feature we cannot deliver, but we cannot guarantee the continued availability of a service operated by someone else.

9. Payment, invoicing and taxes

Prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. A GST-compliant invoice is issued for every purchase. Payments are processed by third-party gateways; we do not store card details.

10. Support and updates

Email support is included with an active licence, and we aim to reply within one working day. Product updates and fixes released during your licence term are included at no extra cost. Migration beyond the initial installation, custom development, data entry and on-site training are not included and are quoted separately.

11. Availability

We work to keep hosted services available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Self-hosted deployments are operated and maintained by you, on your own infrastructure.

12. Refunds

Purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee on the terms set out in our refund policy, which explains how the installation charge is treated once that work has been carried out.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are materially breached, if the software is used unlawfully, or if payment is reversed or disputed without cause. Where we terminate without cause, we refund the licence fee in full within the first 12 months. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

14. Warranties and liability

Both products are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or anything that cannot be limited under Indian law. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with either product is limited to the amount you paid for your licence in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business, goodwill or data.

15. Publicity, testimonials and results

Figures, screenshots and testimonials shown on our website are illustrative examples. They are not a promise of specific results, which depend on your business, market and effort.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified to account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use either product after that date means you accept the revised terms.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, save that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
