Privacy policy

How Saksham Tech Solutions collects, uses, stores and protects information across Solvix CRM and Solvix Mini CRM.

1. Who we are

Solvix CRM and Solvix Mini CRM ("Solvix", "we", "us") are customer relationship management products published by Saksham Tech Solutions, 295/243, Baradari, Asharfabad, Victoria Street, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226003, India. This policy covers both products and the website at solvixcrm.com. For any privacy matter you can reach us at saksham@solvixcrm.com.

2. What we collect

• Account details — name, business name, email address, phone number and password (stored only as a salted hash).
• Billing details — billing name, address, GSTIN where supplied, and the invoice record of your purchase. Card and UPI details are handled entirely by our payment gateway and never reach our servers.
• Your business data — the leads, customers, follow-ups, notes and files you enter. We treat this as yours, not ours.
• Deployment details (Solvix CRM only) — where you ask us to install on your own infrastructure, the server access needed to carry out the installation. Access is used only for that work and returned or revoked when it is finished.
• Technical logs — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and timestamps, used for security, abuse prevention and diagnostics.

3. How we use it

To provide the software, take payment, issue invoices, deliver installation where purchased, answer support requests, send service notices about your account, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone except the processors listed below.

4. Who processes data for us

The Meta pixel runs on our public marketing and legal pages. It does not run inside either product, and no lead or customer record is ever sent to it.

5. Your leads and customers

For the personal data of your own leads and customers, you are the data controller and we are the processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold it and for honouring requests from those individuals. We process it only to run the software for you, and we do not use it for our own purposes or to train anything.

6. How long we keep it

Account and business data is kept for as long as your licence is active. After termination or a refund it is retained for 30 days so you can export it, then deleted. Invoices and payment records are kept for eight years because Indian tax law requires it.

7. Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes and never in readable form. Traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Access to production systems is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected account holders without undue delay if a breach affects their data.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where we rely on it. Write to saksham@solvixcrm.com and we will respond within 30 days. Both products also let you export your data yourself, at any time, without asking us.

9. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and the Meta pixel cookie on our marketing pages for advertising measurement. We do not use advertising cookies inside the application. Blocking cookies in your browser will stop the pixel; blocking the session cookie will stop you signing in.

10. Children

Neither product is intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes are notified to account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

12. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
